Returns and exchanges: If your order is lost or damaged in transit, it will be replaced or refunded.  If you change your mind about a product you received, you can return the item within 30 days for a refund of the purchase cost, less the cost of shipping, issued within 10 days of receiving the returned items undamaged.  Customers are responsible for the postage on returns of undamaged goods.
